Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be made if the cancellation date is less than 30 days from the start of the booking.
If possible, we will try and 're-let' the cattery apartment(s). If we manage to do this for all or part of the original booking, the full amount (or part thereof) will be refunded to the customer that cancelled.
